Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, including your original sales receipt in the box, noting you would like a refund or exchange. Mail to the address below. REPAIR: Please email muay@taxidermy1111.com to request a Repair Form. Mail to the address below with the Repaired Form filled out and signed. DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact muay@taxidermy1111.com in order to request a replacement item. Taxidermy1111 will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
